ICU, NICU, and some oncology units restrict fresh flowers. In those cases, we deliver to the nurses' station with the patient's name, or we can substitute an approved alternative (potted plant, balloon bouquet, etc.).
Provide the hospital name, the patient's full name, and the room or unit number. A floor or ward name helps if the room number is unavailable. You can add a personal message at checkout at no extra charge.
